Sales Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products—crafted with care, produced in limited quantities, and in many cases made to order—we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you have questions, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Exceptions

We stand behind our workmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item, we’ll fix it.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Item must be unused and unaltered

If approved, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in rare cases.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Packages marked as delivered but missing

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Delivery delays, carrier issues, or missed estimated delivery dates do not qualify for cancellations, returns, refunds, or chargebacks.

Fit & Preference

Fit, comfort, color variation, fabric texture, and personal preference are not defects.

Our garments are intentionally designed, and natural variations in fabric and construction are part of the process—not flaws.
