Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.​For made-to-order or bespoke items, processing times will vary and are clearly communicated before purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s at the mercy of the road.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States

  • International shipping availability may vary by destination

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly.  Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund requests, or chargebacks.
